Apple has been working to streamline passenger payment with transit agencies worldwide, but despite enabling tap-to-pay for Apple Pay throughout major systems like New York City, use amongst ridership was low.

Our mission was to drive ridership city-wide, through a combination of tactics.

This campaign drove awareness, understanding, and adoption of Pay for NYC Transit across the entire system, with a series of Podcast ads, digital and static OOH takeovers in major hubs like Union Square and Columbus Circle, and digital media across Snap, TikTok, and Twitter.
